Meet Darlene – A Sweet Soul Waiting for Her Forever Home

Darlene was rescued from the streets and lovingly nursed back to health by a compassionate rescuer. She spent most of her life in a home filled with other rescued cats, where her gentle, attention-loving nature sometimes got overshadowed. Now 9 years old, Darlene has finally found her own space in a foster home, where her affectionate personality truly shines.

Darlene’s favorite pastime is watching birds from the catio or a cozy window perch, where she can spend hours in peaceful observation. She prefers high spots for her naps and will happily curl up on the couch when her human is around. She absolutely loves couch time, where she’ll knead your lap, settle on you, and savor gentle pets, head butts, and her favorite – forehead kisses.

Having been bullied by other cats in her previous home, Darlene is happiest as the only pet, where she can finally be the center of attention. She’s easygoing with her food and occasionally surprises with a burst of kitten-like energy, zooming around the house and bringing a smile to everyone watching.
