Meet Armani, a 1 year old Arabian Mau is looking for his forever home in the Netherlands.

Armani is an affectionate, talkative little boy who has already overcome a difficult start in life. He has been rescued twice and has shown from the very beginning just how much he loves human companionship.

At only five weeks old, Armani was found on the street, unable to stand and dragging himself along the ground. He was crying out for help specially when he saw a human. He was taken to the veterinarian, where it was discovered that he had suffered a leg injury caused by an attack from an adult cat.

After receiving treatment, Armani was released into a neighborhood garden. However, it quickly became clear that life outdoors was not what he wanted. Every time he was placed on the ground, he would run back to his rescuer, meowing, rubbing against her, and seeking comfort. It was heartbreaking to see him running after her but unfortunately, she was unable to take him in, so he remained in the garden overnight.

Soon after, adult cats began attacking him again. Thankfully, another rescuer stepped in and brought him to the vet for comprehensive testing, vaccinations, and the care he needed.

Since then, Armani has flourished in foster care. He lives comfortably alongside other rescued cats and gets along wonderfully with them.

Armani is an incredibly affectionate cat who loves being close to his people. He always wants to be picked up, carried, and cuddled. If you’re standing nearby, he’ll happily climb up your leg to ask for attention. He’s also quite the conversationalist and never hesitates to let you know when he wants food, affection, or company.

His foster human rarely gets a chance to sit down without Armani claiming her lap first. He is a champion purrer, producing a loud, nonstop purr whenever he’s near the people he loves.

Armani’s left eye occasionally waters and may need a gentle wipe with a soft cloth. It is also slightly cloudy, but this does not affect his vision in any way and causes him no discomfort.

Armani is looking for an indoor-only home, or one with access to a fully cat-proofed balcony or a securely enclosed garden where he can enjoy the outdoors safely.

This sweet, devoted boy is ready to leave his difficult past behind and find a family who will give him the love and security he has always wanted. ❤️🐾

He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, dewormed and tested negative for any parasites infection and FIV/FeLV.

His adoption fee is Euro 280 to help cover his relocation costs
